I’ll be monitoring the comments section Armor Games, especially over the next week, so if you have any comments or suggestions, you can leave them there and I’ll most likely see them. Thanks for playing, and enjoy!
The Grand Grimoire Chronicles, Episode 1: The Unexplained Death of Henry Weaver is coming to Armor Games very soon. It’s expected to go live on the 13th February 2019 and I have no reason to believe that will change, but I’ll update should that happen.
The Strange Disappearance of Eldon Crowe managed to place as a second place runner up in Kongregate’s monthly contests. I’m actually rather proud of it as the Kongregate audience can be quite hard to please.
The Strange Disappearance of Eldon Crowe is an old-school, retro 4-bit style horror-themed adventure game, (It’s a point n’ click adventure, but without all the pointing and clicking. All interaction is done purely by walking over items and up to objects).
Your story begins as a journalist investigating a number of mysterious deaths and disappearances at a remote location. You travel to a large country house in the middle of the North Wales countryside to see if you can get to the bottom of all the strange events.
As you begin to explore the house and start to discover the house’s hidden secrets, the dark and disturbing truth begins to unfold as you learn what really happened to Eldon Crowe, and what’s behind the strange events.
You must find and use items to aid your exploration of the house and its grounds. The player can only carry one item at a time, so they must pay close attention to the clues to figure out what items are needed for each puzzle. For this reason, the clues and description of the objects are quite clear to avoid the player having to just guess.
